I own a Maytronics Dolphin Supreme M4 pool cleaner I bought 10 years ago from an local store. It’s been a great machine, needing very few repairs. It’s time to get it back in better condition. I spent some time trying to find someone who might have parts or even willing to get the parts for me. Located Poolscapes Pools and Spas though Maytronics dealer locator and have them a call. They asked if I could bring it in to make they ordered the right parts me, so I did. There I met Adriana, repairs the pool cleaners. I gave her a list of parts I needed, she ordered them while us was there and say they would be in the next day in the morning. When I got home and took the machine apart, found more parts I needed, called Adrianna and she added the parts for the next day delivery. All the parts I needed came in on time today. In these times of confusion, it’s nice to know that some people understand what service means.
